Succession planning is a proactive measure that boards take to ensure organizational stability in anticipation of a leadership transition planned or unplanned. Boards and Executive teams support organizational sustainability by investing in succession planning. This two-hour Zoom meeting is designed to support AOCSN organizations in their succession planning whether your organization is just starting, in the middle, or should review your existing plan. During our two hour meeting we will be following this general outline so that organizations can work on their Succession Plan in preparation for the Conference where you will bring your plan for revision and finishing up. Our speaker is Franklin Harris. Franklin Harris is the Director of Human Resources and Operations for Arden Wood, Inc., a Christian Science nurses training and care facility and residential community in San Francisco. Franklin is a multi-faceted and goal-oriented human resources professional with leadership experience in all areas of human resource management.

DATE: March 15, 2022
TIME: 11 a.m. ET
SPEAKER: Audrey Sentinella
“Pioneers or Settlers?”
A short talk looking at the pioneering work of Mary Baker Eddy and how she encourages students of Christian Science to be pioneers throughout the ages; what that means in practical terms as Christian Scientists and as Christian Science nurses.
After completing a degree in Modern Languages and Linguistics at Southampton University in 1990, Audrey started her training as a Christian Science nurse at Whitehaven Trust in Bathford, UK, followed closely by 5 years at Tenacre Foundation in Princeton, NJ, USA. After becoming Journal-listed in 1995, she returned to the UK to take over as Director of the Christian Science nursing school at Charton Manor. After which she spent 8 years managing a residential home for Christian Scientists and now holds the role of Executive Director at Le Verger in Switzerland, while retaining her residence in the UK. She has also maintained a private practice as a Christian Science nurse.
